14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of their first subscription payment. No questions asked. We believe in our product and want you to try it risk-free.
1. Subscription Refunds
1.1 New Subscribers
If you're a new subscriber and are not satisfied with Neolli for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.

- Credits used: No impact on eligibility
1.2 Existing Subscribers
After the 14-day period, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances:
- Service outages that significantly impacted your usage
- Technical issues that could not be resolved by our support team
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
1.3 Subscription Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- You will not be charged for the next billing period
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- Unused plan credits expire at the end of the billing period
- Bonus credits (purchased separately) do not expire
1.4 Plan Upgrade Credits
When you upgrade to a higher plan, we grant additional credits based on how much time remains in your current billing cycle:
- Upgrade on day 1: If you upgrade on the first day of your billing cycle, you receive the full credit difference between plans (no proration)
- Upgrade after day 1: Credits are prorated based on the percentage of days remaining in your billing cycle
Example
You're on a monthly plan with 30,000 credits and upgrade to a plan with 90,000 credits (a difference of 60,000 credits):
- Upgrade on day 1: You receive the full 60,000 additional credits
- Upgrade on day 15 (50% of cycle remaining): You receive 30,000 additional credits (60,000 × 50%)
- Upgrade on day 25 (17% of cycle remaining): You receive ~10,200 additional credits (60,000 × 17%)
At your next renewal, you'll receive the full 90,000 credits for your new plan.
This policy ensures fair credit allocation proportional to the time remaining, while allowing immediate upgrades without penalty for users who change their mind shortly after subscribing or renewing.
2. Credit Pack Refunds
2.1 Unused Credits
Credit packs purchased separately may be refunded under the following conditions:
- Fully unused: Full refund within 30 days of purchase
- Partially used: Prorated refund for unused credits within 30 days
- After 30 days: Generally not eligible for refund
2.2 Welcome Credits
Welcome credits are provided free to new users and are not eligible for refund or cash value. They expire 7 days after account creation.
3. How to Request a Refund

5. Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted in the following situations:

- Repeated refund requests: Users who repeatedly subscribe and request refunds may be ineligible for future refunds

6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
